Emerson DIGITAL Network Bridge

Streaming for the DAC you already love

The Wattson Emerson Digital is a compact network bridge designed for listeners who want the convenience of modern streaming without replacing a favorite DAC. With Roon Ready operation, bit-perfect playback, and dedicated AES/EBU and S/PDIF outputs, it delivers music from your network with remarkable precision while preserving the character of the DAC that follows.

Keep the DAC. Add the music.

Many excellent DACs were built before streaming became commonplace. Others include streaming as an afterthought. The Emerson Digital solves both problems by acting as a dedicated network transport, delivering a clean, stable digital signal to the converter of your choice.

Whether paired with a vintage DAC, a modern reference converter, or a digital input on an integrated amplifier, the Emerson Digital focuses on one job: getting music from your network to your system with as little interference as possible. Its minimalist design includes only an Ethernet input and dedicated AES/EBU and S/PDIF outputs, avoiding unnecessary complexity in favor of performance.

Small enough to disappear. Good enough to stay.

The Emerson Digital occupies very little shelf space, yet it often becomes a permanent part of a system. Roon Ready certification, UPnP/DLNA compatibility, AirPlay support, and integration with TIDAL and Qobuz Connect provide flexibility without requiring a display, remote control, or complicated setup.

In practice, its greatest strength is that it gets out of the way. The Emerson Digital doesn’t impose a sonic signature of its own. Instead, it allows the personality of your DAC, amplifier, and speakers to come through while bringing the convenience of modern streaming to the system you’ve carefully assembled.
