QUAD Electronics

Timeless design. Effortless fidelity.

For nearly eight decades, Quad has embodied the British approach to high fidelity - engineering over embellishment, substance over show. From the pioneering valve designs of the 1950s to the groundbreaking solid-state 33/303 of 1967, Quad has always pursued one goal: musical truth, rendered with grace and control.

Today’s Quad lineup continues that tradition. The reimagined 33/303 pairing and the new Quad 3 integrated amplifier bring classic design and contemporary precision together in perfect balance - elegant to live with, deeply satisfying to hear.

Introduced in 1967 and reimagined for today, the Quad 33 preamplifier remains a study in British refinement. The new edition preserves the distinctive industrial design of the original while introducing modern precision throughout - from its low-noise circuitry and high-quality components to its expanded connectivity and digital control.

The 33 now offers analog and digital inputs, including a high-performance moving-magnet phono stage, optical and coaxial digital inputs, and Bluetooth aptX HD. A redesigned volume control and updated power supply deliver the hallmark Quad clarity and composure with lower noise and greater dynamic range.
